Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in-house, inspired by the places we love most. We use high-quality blanks sourced from responsible manufacturers, and every piece is printed on demand — meaning it’s made just for you once you order. This allows us to reduce waste and create designs that reflect what our community truly wants.

Are your designs original?
Yes — every Salterra design is created by us. We often use AI tools in the early creative process to explore ideas and concepts, but every final design is thoughtfully curated and refined by our team. Our goal is always to capture the spirit of the places we love, in a way that feels timeless and inspiring.

How should I care for my apparel?
To help your pieces last, we recommend washing inside out with cold water and hanging to dry. If you do tumble dry, use low heat. Our designs are made to be lived in — whether you’re at home or out exploring.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Because each product is made to order, please allow 7–12 business days for delivery (sometimes a little longer during peak seasons). This slower approach allows us to minimize waste and be more responsive to what you want — thank you for supporting this model.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only — but stay tuned. We’re exploring ways to bring Salterra to more destinations soon.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — you’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


↩️ Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Because each product is made on demand, we are not able to accept returns for reasons such as sizing or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right and ship out a replacement. Please reach out to hello@salterra.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.

As a small, founder-led brand, we deeply value your experience and will always do our best to take care of you.  When in doubt, reach out to let us know your issue - we will gladly work with you to find the best solution.

Can I exchange for a different size?
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges due to our made-to-order process. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering — and feel free to reach out if you have questions about fit.
